IAA Transportation: The meeting place for heavy mobility

IAA Transportation is the world’s leading event for the transport, logistics and mobility sectors. In 2024, the show will focus on innovations in electric truck and their charging infrastructure, highlighting their central role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The show will also feature a range of events, conferences and innovation presentations to explore current issues in the mobility sector.

Although heavy goods vehicles account for only 1.3% of vehicles on the road, they are responsible for 24% of transport-related greenhouse gas emissions. To support the transition to electrification, a dense, fast and reliable network of charging stations for electric trucks is essential.

ENGIE Vianeo pioneers charging systems for electric truck

ENGIE Vianeo is positioning itself as a key player in the development of on-road charging infrastructures for electric truck. Already present on major highways, ENGIE Vianeo offers turnkey solutions to operators and hauliers, notably through the installation of charging stations dedicated to e-trucks.

L’objectif est de répliquer le corridor de recharge 100 % dédié aux mobilités lourdes entre Paris et Lyon sur les autres réseaux autoroutiers mais aussi dans les zones logistiques pour offrir un maillage national fiable aux transporteurs.
